Shipping and Return Policy


All orders within the contiguous United States ship via UPS for a $10 flat rate fee or for free if they qualify for the free shipping offer for orders over $150.

Due to the nature of our small business though, customers who purchase items needing to be shipped outside the contiguous United States, DO NOT qualify for our fixed shipping rate OR any free shipping offer. 

These orders will be subject to pay the rate of shipping determined by UPS. Customers will be notified via email with an invoice to pay prior to processing the order.


All items must be returned to us within 14 days in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Indigo is NOT responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits

    All items must be delivered back to Indigo within 14 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the UPS tracking link provided at the time of the shipment. Any items that are sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. 

    Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. Refunds, (if they qualify), will be issued within two weeks of processing your return and will be sent to the original method of payment.

    Refund and Processing

    Once your return package arrives to the store you will receive an email. Please note returns take up to 5 business days to process. Refunds can take multiple business days to reflect on your original form of payment. This varies based on your financial institution.
